1. About Aigentify

Aigentify is an AI-powered property analysis platform that provides data-driven tools for Australian property investors. We provide property search, suburb scoring, investment analysis, and negotiation coaching tools.

Important: Aigentify is not a licensed buyer's agent, financial adviser, or property adviser. Our service provides data and AI-generated analysis tools only. You should always conduct your own due diligence and consult licensed professionals before making investment decisions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and an Australian resident to use Aigentify. By creating an account, you confirm you meet these requirements.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in Australian Dollars (AUD), inclusive of GST
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• You may cancel your subscription at any time — access continues until the end of your current billing period
• We do not offer refunds for partial months
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute property data obtained through Aigentify
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI analysis algorithms
• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Use automated tools to access the service beyond normal usage
• Misrepresent Aigentify's analysis as licensed financial or property advice

6. Data Accuracy and Limitations

While we strive for accuracy, property data is sourced from third-party providers and may contain errors or be outdated. AI-generated analysis is based on available data and statistical models — it is not a guarantee of future performance.

• Property prices, rental yields, and growth projections are estimates only
• Suburb scores are based on publicly available data and may not reflect recent changes
• Negotiation strategies are AI-generated suggestions, not professional advice
• Always verify information independently before making investment decisions

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law (ACL), Aigentify's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for any investment losses, missed opportunities, or decisions made based on information provided through our platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, analysis, scoring algorithms, and design elements of Aigentify are our intellectual property. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Australia.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before they take effect.
